This study day is suitable for first level registered nurses working in General Practice who have undertaken basic vaccination & Immunisation training previously and now need to update.
Workshop/Learning outcome
This study day is about current issues in vaccination, recent epidemiology, changes to the National programme/legislation, anaphylaxis management and recognition, review of current practice and identification of areas for improvement, including a question and answer session.

Recent epidemiology of vaccine preventable diseases
Any changes to the National Immunisation Schedule/relevant legislation
Anaphylaxis recognition and management
Review of current practice and identification of areas for improvement
Q&A session for commonly encountered problems in practice
