The LMC has secured PCN Training to be facilitated by Shanee Baker from LMC Law. This two hour training will include:

PCN Governance, structures and workforce including contracts and risk sharing

Review of schedules as the framework for a PCN

A suite of subsidiary documents including:

Wording for partnership agreements and privacy notices

Conflicts of Interest Policy

PCN Due Diligence Questionnaire

Letter of Authority
-
The training is suitable for Clinical Directors, Practice Managers and Practice Partners.
The cost of this training is £60 per delegate.
The training, and review of the schedules will last 2 hours and Shanee will take questions through the session so that all questions can be covered. There will also be an opportunity for individual questions at the end of the training.
