Content Overview
This three day course, spread out over three weeks is designed to support those in the practice who may be taking their first steps in to a leadership role or as a useful refresher for those already established in leadership positions.
The programme focuses on gaining the skills and knowledge to lead, organise and motivate teams. It
is particularly useful for practicing team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management,
and managers who lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
The course will give candidates the opportunity to assess their leadership strengths and areas for development, understand their opportunities for growth and equip them with a personal strategy for become an inspiring leader. Leadership experience will be shared and attendees will be encouraged to consider the issues they face to help them.

The first session (8 May) will be held at BHI Parkside, Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove, Worcs, B61 0AZ
All day parking is available at Churchfields Multi-story Car Park located at B61 8NT the charge for a full day is £3.00. This is a short walk down Market Street from BMI Parkside.
The final 2 sessions (15 and 22 May) will be held at New Road Surgery - Bromsgrove, 46 New Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 2JS. The practice has asked if delegates could park in the overflow parking which can be found next door at the Ryland Centre or on the residential roads close to the surgery.

Dates for the three day course are:-
8th May, 15th May and 22nd May 2019 - all 9am - 4.30pm. Participants must attend all three dates. Please note the two venues.
